Valentine’s Day Events – MMO Roundup & Promotions

We’ve been covering Valentine’s Day events across the MMO universe for the past couple of weeks, and today—heart day itself—marks the end of the onslaught. Before we close the book on 2019’s romantic festivities, here’s a final roundup of promotions and in-game happenings.

RuneScape is offering a free Twitch Prime bundle that includes two weeks of subscription time and in-game currency, available through March 17. Dark Age of Camelot cleverly merged its Valentine’s event with President’s Day. Riders of Icarus had to postpone its planned GM event, unfortunately. TERA is sending players after egg thieves. The Elder Scrolls Online has a sale on Valentine’s-themed items. Population Zero is knocking 14% off founder packs. Star Citizen invites you to craft themed valentines—and, naturally, buy ships. RIFT is running a romantic story contest. Ultima Online is handing out lily pads (sure, why not), and APB Reloaded is running its Love is in the Air event. It’s still wild to me that APB is alive and kicking.
