About Us

Our Philosophy

Cultivating a Culture of Inclusion

The passion of Life Quest is to help cultivate a culture of inclusion. This is carried out through a variety of services we provide to organizations — from on-site assessments and transition plans to hands-on staff training and ongoing consulting support.

Every engagement is guided by the same belief: accessibility isn’t a checklist, it’s a commitment that shows up in how an organization welcomes and serves every person who walks through its doors.

Clients & Kudos

What Our Clients Say

Feedback from the municipalities, businesses, and organizations we’ve worked alongside over the years.

The City of Chandler has hired Nanette Odell as an ADA trainer and consultant for many years. Nanette is passionate about what she does and demonstrates her depth of knowledge, professionalism, and pleasant demeanor in every training session. She creates a safe environment where her students feel comfortable asking questions as she guides them toward meaningful dialogue.

L

Leah Powell

Deputy City Manager

I was immediately impressed with her subtle, yet effective sense of humor, and healthy dose of sensitivity towards all people. Nanette’s extraordinary depth of knowledge in a wide range of disability issues was readily apparent and was exceeded only by her high energy and very positive delivery style.

B

Bill Scott

President, Abilities Unlimited, Inc.

I have worked with Nanette in various capacities for over the past 20 years or so. Her integrity, sincerity and love of people are evident in all she does. Her organization skills are superb and she finishes what she starts. Wonderful to work with!

M

Michele Stokes

Former City of Tempe ADA Compliance Specialist

Through Nanette’s years of experience and interactive teaching style, the drivers have a better understanding of some of the individual needs of their passengers and are able to provide more effective and inclusion customer service.

Dave Golder

City of Surprise, former Dial-A-Ride Director

Your vast knowledge and experience in your area of expertise allows you a unique opportunity to share with others not only a practical knowledge but detailed experiences that allow those in your classroom hands-on applications in a real-world environment. Your training techniques are not only effective, but ‘FUN’.

Todd came up with a simple idea that stunned our design team and engineers. It saved us thousands.

All of the girls came away from the program with a deeper understanding of what it means to be sensitive to those around us with disabilities. Several of the girls went on to volunteer at community events with their newly acquired sign language skills.

P

Pamela Blair-Sheldon

Northwest Regional Library Youth Services Supervisor

Dr. [Odell] knew precisely how to manage a very diverse audience. It was astounding to watch her engage teenage boys who’d rather be texting, shy teenage girls who preferred to remain anonymous, and adults who thought they had all the answers until Dr. [Odell] opened their eyes and hearts.

L

Linda D. Barzilai

Northwest Regional Library Paraprofessional

I was enormously impressed by Nanette’s sincerity and resourcefulness. She is indeed a rare employee who cares deeply about what she is doing.
