So I started Last War Survival about two weeks ago and made every beginner mistake possible — upgrading random buildings, ignoring alliance strategy, spreading resources thin. Then a clanmate shared this Hit HQ20 Fast blueprint and honestly it turned everything around. The guide lays out a clear rush path to HQ 20 so you can unlock T7 troops as quickly as possible without wasting time on stuff that doesn’t matter early game. If you’re new or even restarting on a fresh server, this is the roadmap I wish I’d had from the start.
